Dive into Polymer Clay Artistry! 🎨
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to create intricate, vibrant patterns in polymer clay. We’ll guide you through the process of turning patterned clay logs into delicate slices to assemble your very own unique mosaic fish.
Once your masterpiece is complete, it will be ready to display in a shadow box or frame.
Approximate size of fish is 15 x 15cm

Create Your Own Weatherproof Garden Sculpture by re-using and recycling. 🌿
Ever wanted to create a stunning, life-like sculpture? Join us to craft a beautiful 50cm, group of 3 standing ladies from scratch.
We will guide you through building a Polystyrene, wire & foil skeleton, sculpting elegant features, and "dressing" your figure in fabric dipped in Paverpol. This unique process ensures your art can live indoors or out! We’ll add texture with ArtStone and Apoxie Sculpt, finishing with a professional dry-brush highlight that brings the whole piece to life.

Using a mix of polystyrene, wire & foil for the structure, we’ll bring your feathered friend to life with Paverpol, fabric, and Apoxie Sculpt. These quirky chooks are weatherproof and designed specifically to perch perfectly on your garden fence.
FABRICS CAN FADE IF PLACED IN FULL SUN.
WE CAN PAINT YOUR CHOOKS WITH OUTDOOR PAINTS IF YOU PLAN ON PLACING IT IN THE SUN.

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll craft a beautiful fish sculpture, perfect for adding a touch of artistic flair to your coffee table or bench.
You'll learn to work with versatile materials like re-cycled Polystyrene, Paverpol products, (including Paverpol, Paversand, Artstone) to bring your aquatic vision to life. Glass eyes will be provided.
Your finished fish sculpture will be approximately 25cm and will swim above a wooden base.... total height 40cm

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, you'll craft a unique layered, textured pendant and/or earrings.
The process involves rolling, texturing, and cutting your design, followed by drying, refining, and then firing on a gas stovetop to reveal pure silver.
15gm of silver clay is included (based on current silver prices).

GARDEN NOMAD
Sculpting the Nomad: A Mixed Media Workshop

Create a striking Garden Nomad sculpture using a blend of structural and textile techniques. Starting with a polystyrene, foil, and wire armature, you will learn to build a form that is both lightweight and durable. Whether you choose to hand-sculpt the face or use a mold, you will bring a unique character to life before "dressing" your figure in weather-resistant fabrics.
Workshop Highlights:
Structure: Build a sturdy, custom armature.
Character: Sculpt a face or use fabric techniques for a softer look.
Weatherproofing: Learn the art of wrapping and draping with Paverpol.
Textiles: Incorporate your favorite patterned fabrics (perfect for shaded garden spots).
Finishing: Apply dry-brush color techniques to make your details "pop."

RE-USE RECYCLE UNDER THE SEA
MIXED MEDIA WALL ART

Dive into a mixed-media adventure and create your own vibrant underwater paradise on canvas or framed board! You'll begin by building a textured background using Modelling Paste & Gel, then add depth with stencilled fish. Next, bring your ocean scene to life by incorporating various elements like anemones, seaweed, and more. You can even sculpt your own fish using Apoxie Sculpt if you wish, before painting everything in your chosen colors.
This is a fantastic project for reusing and recycling! Feel free to bring along plastic teaspoons, small artificial plants, plastic tubing, 1cm beads, glass wishing stones/cabochons, "bling," or anything else you think would add to your aquatic world. If you have an old canvas (approx. 40 x 30 cm) you'd like to refresh, bring it along to cover up.

Day 1: Building the Foundation We'll kick off by creating a sturdy wire armature for your sculpture, then adding foil to build up its basic form. The focus for the remainder of the day will be sculpting the head and feet using a versatile two-part air-dry clay.
Day 2: Texture, Hardening & Colour On day two, you'll bring your sculpture to life by wrapping the body with fabric strips submerged in fabric hardener. Next, we'll apply ARTSTONE sheets for added texture and durability. Finally, you'll get to personalize your creation by painting it with your chosen colors.
What to Bring:
Please come prepared with an apron and wear old clothes.
Don't forget your lunch!
We'll supply tea, coffee, and biscuits to keep you going.

Craft a vibrant under-the-sea-themed canvas which includes 5 fish. Approx size is 40cm x 25.
This workshop will guide you in using Apoxie Sculpt, glass eyes, Paverpol, Paversand, polystyrene balls, decorative fibre, Decorative Paste and Gel.
You're also welcome to bring any small beads, bead caps, or "bling" to personalize your aquatic masterpiece.

You'll master essential Paverpol techniques and various armature-making methods, empowering you to create stunning sculptures and teach others.
Throughout the course, you'll create three distinct sculptures:
- A 40cm seated lady with a foil-shaped face.
- A 60cm standing lady featuring a press-moulded clay face.
- A 40cm Nomad with a polystyrene face and shaped nose.

- Figure structure: Explore three different types of armatures to build sturdy foundations.
